It’s the best I’ve seen for the price.  The street it’s on is poorly kept, though.  But the street I’m on right now isn’t much better.

I selected the “selections from C.H. Spurgeon’s library” thing, Travis suggested some and then I bought several.  I have to read them sometime I suppose.

It’s really interesting to me… Judas, along with the other 11 disciples (or Talmidim) in Mark 3:13-15, are specifically chosen by Jesus (Yeshua), so, knowing all things, Judas’ actions would have been foreknown, yet he was appointed to preach the news of Jesus and given authority over demons.  Now, is this a Romans 8:29 thing to support predestination (Calvinism, in which certain people are created to be damned to destruction, in which case they’re perfectly following God’s prompting so are they at fault and worthy of damnation?) or, maybe, does the omniscient God know all things to see Judas’ heart condition (1 Samuel 16:7) and his future (the emphasis of Romans 8:29 then being foreknowledge, also in all the Messianic prophecies, etc) to know who of those people would be so emotionally callous to, having done wondrous things in God’s name, still betray the Messiah?  I listened to a few sermons on Judas over at Sermon Index that helped solidify what I’d already felt inclined toward.  That’s a good site.
